I work with individuals who are experiencing difficulties with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life and career transitions. My treatment emphasizes an individual's capacity for growth, development, and adaptation. I believe that the therapeutic space is a safe place where you can feel, express, and work through the pain from unresolved
issues from the past, which will promote not only resilience, but also bring forth fulfillment and happiness. The work I offer will help you identify the root of your concerns, gain clarity in your thinking, achieve better emotional regulation, and experience self-empowerment.
I understand that seeking therapy can be overwhelming because it feels vulnerable and scary to exploring your inner world. However, you will find that with time and the effort you put in, you will begin to feel so much better because the therapeutic experience will bring clarity to your awareness. And with that, you will begin to make better decisions
towards your overall health and well-being.
Stepping into therapy can feel vulnerable and scary. You are not alone and you do not have to navigate through your pain all on your own.
I work with individuals who are experiencing difficulties with anxiety, depression, traumas, and life and career transitions. My treatment focus is primarily talk therapy that emphasizes an individual's capacity to grow and develop over their life. I have found that a safe place where one can feel, express, and work on painful issues promotes resilience and wellbeing. I approach my work with kindness, compassion and a strong desire to understand your situation.
Although my approach is primarily psychodynamic, I also utilize theories and intervention from other therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral, attachment, and mindfulness-based therapy.
