I’m a psychotherapist in psychoanalytic training at the Institute for Psychoanalytic Training and Research (IPTAR) with a master’s degree in clinical social work from Smith College. I work with adults and young people, and have a background working with expatriates and living abroad in France, where I received my Bachelor’s degree at Sciences Po Paris.
How I Work
I see to nurture a therapeutic environment where clients can explore unconscious patterns informed by past experiences and understand how these shape the present. I encourage a non-judgmental space for my patients to deepen their understanding of their emotions, relationships, and sense of self. I believe that psychoanalytic therapy as a process can facilitate greater self-awareness, adaptability in an ever-changing world, and growth. I seek to help my patients navigate anxiety, relational issues, and pivotal life changes.
My Values
I value curiosity, collaboration, and receptivity in the therapeutic process. I seek to develop non-judgmental relationships where transformation becomes possible and complex emotions and experiences become navigable.
