Each of us carries a unique inner language, full of unconscious meanings, patterns, and echoes of the past. This inner world is shaped not only by our families and personal histories but also by the larger systems in which we live. Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, classism, xenophobia, and more leave lasting imprints on our lives. By giving voice to what has been hidden, these layers can be brought to light, understood with compassion, and gradually loosen their grip.
My practice is grounded in an anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and trauma-informed lens, because I believe real healing means attending to both the personal and the systemic, together. Most of all, I see therapy as a deeply collaborative and authentic process. I invite you to speak freely, without judgment or censorship, and I will meet you with warmth, curiosity, and care. This work is not about “fixing” you, but about creating a space where nothing is off limits—where freedom, voice, and new ways of being can emerge.
